How Can I buy products?

You are unable to reach products under Petra umbrella from the stores. Petra provides its products to its customers by using multilevel marketing system. If you are interested in our products, You can call our hotline, or you can send us a form to let us call you.

What is Direct Selling system?

Direct selling is to provide products from the producer directly to the end users without any distribitor or retailer between them. In this system consumers experience the comfort and ease of shopping at home having service from personal customer represantative.

How Do I receive my order?

Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be delivered within 5 workdays (max.).

What are the shipping and delivery terms?

"Shipping procedures and charges vary by country. Our free shipping in Germany is valid for orders over € 120,00. An order of € 6,90 will be added to orders that fall below this figure. Our free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark is available for orders over € 130.00. An order of € 8,90 will be added to orders that fall below this figure. Our free shipping to Austria, France, Italy, Sweden, Romania is available for orders over € 150.00. An order of € 9,90 will be added to orders that fall below this figure.

What should I do, if I am not at delivery address at delivery day?

If the cargo staff arriving for delivery cannot find you at the address, they will leave a 'Customer Visit Note' issued on behalf of the customer and indicate that they are in the nearest Package Shop. You can get commute within 5 days with the visit note left.

My order is not delivered, what should I do?

If you are not delivered your parcel, in case you e.mail to info@hhv-europa.de or call +49 (0) 8165 60 99 082 / +49 (0) 177 633 93 12, you will get a prompt reply with detailed information

What are the terms of Cancellation, Return and Product Replacement?

1. In case your order has not dispatched yet, your cancellation request will be proceed immediately. Your order cancel if your payment does not successfully processed within 5 days.
2. You may return your order within 7 days upon Invoice date if the products are not used and packaging of the product(s) is not damaged or opened. Cargo fee is of customers expense.
3. If the returned product(s) is/are not defective, both inbound and outbound Cargo fee is of customers expense.
4. When you receive your parcel, please check your parcel before Cargo staff leaves, and do not accept damaged packages.
5. After delivery, if you see any defective goods please call +49 (0) 8165 60 99 082 / +49 (0) 177 633 93 12 to inform us. Our customer representative will help you to change the defective goods.
